DESCRIPTION
PREPARATION:
The teacher is informed about the PELAGOS Sanctuary governance and divides the class into 3 groups.
Each group represents a country of the international cooperation: France, Italy and Monaco.
Each group hands out a flag.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The teacher introduces the PELAGOS Sanctuary and presents its purposes and aims.
The teacher lets students search on internet information about the organizational chart of the PELAGOS Agreement at the international scale. (20 minutes)
Teacher summarizes the information plotting on the blackboard a diagram about the organizational chart of the PELAGOS Agreement at the international scale. (10 minutes)
The students search on internet some information about the organizational chart of the PELAGOS Agreement at the national scale (30 minutes).
Teacher passes in each group during this session and reorient them if they are too far from the reality to define the national organizational chart of the PELAGOS Agreement.
Each group plot on the blackboard a diagram about the organizational chart of the PELAGOS Agreement at the national scale. (5 minutes/group)
The teacher corrects and summarizes the information. (5/10 minutes)
